Stylen'

Here's another fun joy school picture. We did a little unit on imagination, so we did some fun pretending. All the girls pretended to be princesses, we pretended to be the 3 bears and Goldilocks, and we also pretended that we went to a restaurant and the movies! We made little princess and crown snacks at the "restaurant". The princess was two oranges on top of one another with sliced strawberries for the skirt and raisins and marshmallows to make the face and arms. The crown was half of an apple with toothpicks to place the "jewels" (bananas, raisins, marshmallows, and gummy bears) We had a fun day!Seated at the restaurant was Brenly, Nicole, Alyssa, and Ashlynn
Lincoln has been so funny lately! He has been loving this little blue had he found. It's a bit small, but he has been wearing it everywhere! He even wanted to wear it to bed the other night! I guess he's taking after Greg - he had a hat like that too! He often finds his hat, then hops on his bike and rides around the kitchen!

Brenly turns 4!

It's hard to believe Brenly is 4 already! Time is flying! I'm sure time did not fly so much for her this week though, as she was anxiously anticipating her birthday! She had cold cereal for her breakfast and then we went to Adam's first soccer game at the school. Afterwards, Grandpa, Uncle Brian, Aunt Stacie, and her friend Kyler joined us for a barbeque at our house. Afterwards, we went to our cousin - Liz's - baptism. We must have had too much excitement in one day because Brenly started to get a tummy ache, and ended up throwing up in the car on the way home! Adam was so funny. When I went in the back to start cleaning up, he kept saying, "Mom, I'm going to throw up! I have to move - I'm serious - I'm going to throw up!" Luckily he didn't! The birthday party crew! It was obviously past Lincoln's nap time!
Gotta love blue frosting!
Make a wish!

Brenly was excited to open her presents! Her favorite has been the Barbie laptop. Everyone loves it!

The house was so quiet while I was getting things ready for lunch. I looked over the counter and realized why - all the kids were playing on someone's itouch or iphone! They loved it!

Brenly eating her birthday lunch. She reminded me to get the "Birthday" plate for her! It says "You are Special" on it!

Ridin' the Hills

We did get to go to the Greenbelt as Logan requested for his birthday - just a week later. The weather was perfect! We enjoyed riding on the dirt hills along a part of the greenbelt. Adam, Logan, Mom, and Dad with Brenly and Lincoln in the bike trailer all did some rolly ridin'! After wards we went to Cold Stone to use a coupon for Logan's birthday. So Logan got his own icecream, and the rest of us shared one. Lincoln was so funny! He made it very clear that he wanted his own fair portion of the icecream! It was funny to listen to comments around us!

Here we are with the kids off a bridge by the river - such a fun place to go!

oops! - a little topple by Adam! He was tough though!

Logan turns 6!

It's so fun to have birthdays! We were planning on riding our bikes on the green belt for Logan's birthday, but it ended up being freezing! So instead we went to our kids' favorite place - Grandma and Grandpa's! The cousins came too! They kids played the wii and other fun games like ping pong, pool, etc. We had lunch and also dinner there! Then we came home to open presents from our family. Logan with his new fire truck!
